Tix By Whitebay Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Tix By Whitebay, the next generation event ticketing platform. By accessing or using our platform to host events, organizers agree to comply with all platform policies, pricing fee metrics, and operational conditions listed below:

• Commission Fee: The platform takes a commission percentage cut on all successful ticket sales. This rate is set by platform administrators and will be calculated dynamically at payout.
• Payout Conditions: Ticket sale revenue (minus the platform's dynamic commission cut) is recorded dynamically in the system. The platform admin processes payouts to organizers at the conclusion of each event.
• Conduct and Integrity: Organizers are responsible for maintaining accurate event descriptions, venue locations, and validating entry QR codes using the platforms scanner utility. Suspension of accounts may occur for violation of these policies.
